Shipping policy

Delivery times: Standard tracked shipping takes 7–14 days to all countries we ship to. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from our international fulfilment partners.

Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders of €25 or more (or local equivalent). Orders under that: €4.99 flat rate.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Busy periods: During Black Friday and Christmas, carriers can take a few extra days. We'll post a Christmas order cut-off date on our website.

Delays, loss or damage: Delivery times are estimates. If an order is lost or damaged, contact support@veldo.ie and we'll resend or refund it.
