These Terms govern your use of advello.myshopify.com and any purchase you make from us.

By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to place an order, and the payment method must be yours or used with permission.
2. Your account
Accounts on this store are accessed using a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at: support@advello.co.uk if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative; colours vary between screens and packaging may change. Availability is not guaranteed.
4. Prices and price comparisons
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Certain goods, including children's clothing and footwear, are zero-rated for VAT in Ireland. Delivery is calculated and shown separately at checkout.
Where we show a reduced price alongside a previous price, that previous price is the lowest price we actually charged during the 30 days before the reduction, in line with the Omnibus Directive as implemented in Ireland. We do not display invented or inflated "was" prices.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Orders and formation of contract
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement email confirms receipt, not acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order for example where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud, or where the order breaches these Terms. If we do, we refund in full.
We may limit quantities per customer or per order.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
7. Delivery, withdrawal, returns and guarantees
Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery policy. Your 14-day right of withdrawal, your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, and our returns process are set out in our Returns and Rights policy, which includes the model withdrawal form. Both policies form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Irish law. Where any provision here conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
8. Product safety and intended use
Use products for their intended purpose and follow any instructions or warnings supplied. Some items tools, electricals, items with small parts, and products for children or pets carry age restrictions or require adult supervision. Check the product page before buying.
Under the General Product Safety Regulation, the responsible economic operator for a product is identified on the product or its packaging. If you cannot identify it, or you have a safety concern about anything you have bought from us, contact us and we will provide those details.
Nothing on our store constitutes medical, safety or professional advice.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use this store to break the law, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, scrape or index our content by automated means without permission, interfere with the store's security or operation, or submit false information.
10. Intellectual property
The store's content — text, layout, graphics, logos, product copy and the ADVELLO name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without written permission.
If you post a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it in connection with the store, and you confirm it is yours to give.
11. Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
12. Our liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these Terms or our legal obligations, or by our negligence.
We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply to consumers, and if you use products for any commercial purpose we have no liability for loss of profit, business, business interruption or business opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, under product liability law, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and extend delivery accordingly. Where the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund for goods not delivered.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
As a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of that protection. You may bring proceedings in the Irish courts or in the courts of your own country of residence, and we will only bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact: support@advello.co.uk first and we will try to resolve the matter directly. If it remains unresolved, consumers in Ireland may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie); consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their European Consumer Centre.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available.
We are not currently signed up to an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and we are not obliged to use one. This does not affect your right to take a complaint to the bodies named above or to the courts.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
