Delivery you can plan around

We know delivery is one of the biggest reasons people hesitate to buy from a brand they haven't heard of. So here is exactly what to expect.

⏱️ Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our international fulfilment partners and arrive in 7–14 days with tracking. Most orders arrive well inside that window. Around Black Friday and Christmas, carriers can take a few extra days.

If nothing has arrived after 21 days, email support@advello.co.uk with your order number and we will replace it or refund you.

🚚 Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of €25 or more (or the local equivalent). Orders under that pay a flat €4.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

💰 Import fees

In most cases there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee, contact us before paying and we will help.

📦 Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can check it any time on our Track order page.

🔄 Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we put it right at our cost. See our refund policy.
